1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the jl365a website at https://jl365a.cam, including all games, features, tools, and services available therein.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player to access the jl365a Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered for an Account on the jl365a Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money held in a Player's jl365a Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded to a Player's Account as a promotional benefit, subject to the specific wagering requirements and terms applicable to each promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "GGR" means Gross Gaming Revenue, calculated as total bets placed less total winnings paid out across a specified period.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required of all Players under applicable regulations.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied to a Player's Account preventing access to the jl365a Platform for a designated period.
• "PHP" or "₱" means the Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines and the currency in which all jl365a Account balances are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on jl365a or by otherwise accessing and using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not create an Account and must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the jl365a Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and jl365a.

jl365a reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the jl365a Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling activities. By registering for an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. jl365a reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

The jl365a Platform is primarily directed at residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. If accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines, you must satisfy yourself that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable in your location. jl365a makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register for a jl365a Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and such other information as jl365a may require from time to time to complete KYC verification. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of the provided details change.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the jl365a Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. jl365a reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to withhold any funds or bonuses associated with Accounts determined to be in violation of this policy.

3.5 Account Verification

jl365a operates a KYC verification process that all Players are required to complete. Verification may require the submission of a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine National ID, Driver's License, or Passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. jl365a may limit deposit and withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl365a login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jl365a will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or social media.

You agree to notify jl365a immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jl365a shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, or from any unauthorised use of your Account prior to notification to jl365a of the security breach.

jl365a employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted through the Platform. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While jl365a strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jl365a Account must be made through the payment methods approved and displayed on the Platform, which may include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Unionbank, 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. jl365a reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.

All funds deposited into your jl365a Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment methods are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the source payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by jl365a subject to successful completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account.

jl365a aims to process withdrawal requests to e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours, and bank transfers within one (1) business day. These timeframes are indicative and may be extended in cases where additional security checks, identity verification, or payment provider delays apply. jl365a shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jl365a is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to monitoring. jl365a reserves the right to request documentation substantiating the source of funds deposited into any Account. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. jl365a may report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jl365a offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings. These terms are disclosed in full at the time each bonus or promotion is presented.

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds before completion of the applicable wagering requirement are not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. In the event that a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, jl365a reserves the right to deduct any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings before processing the withdrawal.

jl365a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the applicable promotion terms. jl365a may, at its sole discretion, withhold or void any bonus awarded as a result of error, system malfunction, or suspected misuse.

6.1 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to obtain bonuses in a manner not intended by jl365a, including through the creation of multiple Accounts, collusion with other Players, exploiting system errors, or using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. jl365a reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the Accounts of any Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the jl365a Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing any wager. All game results on jl365a are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the dealer's actions.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games on jl365a are accurate and represent the theoretical long-term average payout rate. RTP figures do not guarantee outcomes in any individual gaming session. The house edge operates consistently across all Players — no Player receives preferential treatment in game outcomes.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the records maintained by jl365a's game servers shall be considered the definitive record. If a technical fault, disconnection, or malfunction occurs during a game round, jl365a will resolve the matter in accordance with the rules of the specific game involved, which may result in the cancellation of the affected round and return of the wagered amount to the Player's Balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any conduct that jl365a, in its sole discretion, considers to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful to the integrity of the Platform. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud jl365a or other Players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the jl365a systems, servers, or databases;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jl365a staff or other Players;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf;
• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the single Account policy.

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, with all associated funds withheld pending investigation. jl365a reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl365a Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, service marks, text, imagery, and interface design elements, is the exclusive property of jl365a or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaty obligations.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl365a Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of jl365a.

10 Responsible Gaming

jl365a is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply a voluntary self-exclusion to their Account for a minimum period of six (6) months, during which access to the Platform will be suspended. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by jl365a

jl365a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, suspected bonus abuse, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. In the event of Account closure for breach of Terms, jl365a may withhold any Balance or Bonus Funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, return funds to the Player after deducting any losses arising from the breach.

11.2 Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting jl365a customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Account closure requests may take up to five (5) business days to process. Closed Accounts may not be reopened except at jl365a's sole discretion and subject to re-verification.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl365a and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

jl365a shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, power failures, or disruptions caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl365a's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Privacy

jl365a collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jl365a.cam/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and jl365a. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jl365a, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

jl365a's records shall be the final authority in the resolution of any dispute regarding game outcomes, Account activity, or transaction history, subject to demonstrable technical error on the part of jl365a.

15 Amendments

jl365a reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jl365a will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via a notice on the Platform or via the email address registered on your Account, prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the jl365a Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 11.2.
